1. Can I request my own music genres or songs?
Yes! In addition to the music genres and folders already included on our USB drives, you can request music based on your personal preferences. You can send us your favorite genres, artists, or specific songs. We will prepare your customized music collection before shipping your order.
2. How can I send my custom music request?
Please email your request to Nokexsupport@gmail.com. You can send us:
- Your favorite music genres
- A list of artists
- A list of specific songs
- Any special music preferences
We will communicate with you by email, prepare your requested music collection, and complete it before your order is shipped.
3. Can I see the song list before ordering?
Yes. You can request to see the song list from any music folder or collection you are interested in.
Simply email us at Nokexsupport@gmail.com and tell us which music category or folder you would like to see. If the existing song list is not what you are looking for, you can also request a customized music collection. We will prepare it according to your preferences before shipping your USB.
4. My car does not have a DVD or touchscreen display. Can I still use the USB music drive?
Yes. We can prepare a USB music drive for vehicles that do not have a DVD or touchscreen display.
For some older car stereos, we may need to place the songs in a simpler file structure instead of separating them into multiple folders. This can help improve compatibility with older audio systems.
Please let us know when placing your order if your vehicle does not have a modern display or touchscreen stereo.
5. My car does not have USB-A or USB-C. It only has a memory card slot. Can you make a music memory card?
Yes. In addition to USB-A and USB-C options, we also offer music on a compatible memory card.
You can place your order and leave a note telling us that your vehicle uses a memory card.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us at Nokexsupport@gmail.com before or after placing your order.
6. I don't know which USB type my car uses. What should I do?
No problem. You can send us a photo of your vehicle's USB or media port, or simply tell us:
- Your vehicle make
- Model
- Year
We will help you determine the most suitable USB or memory card option and prepare the music in a format designed to work with your vehicle's audio system.
7. How is the music organized?
The music is organized into separate folders by genre, style, decade, and other music categories.
This makes it easy to browse different types of music, select your favorite folder, and find the songs you want to listen to.
8. Can an older car use your USB music drive?
Many older vehicles can use our music USB as long as the vehicle's audio system supports music playback through a USB port or compatible memory card slot.
Older car stereos may have different limitations on folders and file organization, so please tell us your vehicle make, model, and year if you are unsure.
We can prepare the music structure to improve compatibility with your vehicle.
9. Can I remove certain genres or add music that I prefer?
Yes. Your music collection can be customized based on your preferences.
If there are music genres you do not want, let us know and we can remove them. You can also request additional genres, artists, or songs that you would like included.

10. Do I need to install anything after receiving the USB?
No installation is required.
Simply plug the USB into your vehicle's compatible USB port, select USB / Media on your car stereo, choose your preferred music folder or song, and start listening.
