Thank you for shopping at NOKEX. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.

60-Day Return Policy

You have 60 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, adapters, and the user manual.

  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping and Taxes

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs and any associated regional taxes or duties related to the return shipment. Shipping costs and return-related taxes are non-refundable.

Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All authorized returns must be shipped to one of our domestic fulfillment centers according to the return instructions provided by our support team:

Important: Any return shipped without prior approval or without a designated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may not be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective upon arrival, or different from the item ordered, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

24-Month Warranty Coverage

All eligible NOKEX products are backed by our 24-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use. If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, our support team will work with you to provide troubleshooting assistance, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that your return has been received. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment, such as a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.

Processing Time: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment platform again.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Contact your bank, as some financial institutions require additional processing time before posting refunds.
