60-Day Return Policy

You have 60 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, adapters, and the user manual.

• You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping and Taxes

Important: Any return shipped without prior approval or without a designated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may not be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

24-Month Warranty Coverage

All eligible NOKEX products are backed by our 24-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
